Meet our 2025 Scholarship Winners!

As part of our annual tradition, two scholarships were awarded at our final performance of Around the World on December 7, 2024. One scholarship was for half of a year's worth of class fees and the other scholarship will cover one student's DASA exam fee.

Annie Boshoff

Annie is a very dedicated dancer with beautiful ballet feet. She is never afraid to ask questions in order to learn better. Annie works very hard at every class and her passion for dancing is always evident. Congratulations Annie!

Exam Fee Scholarship Recipient

Amahle Shabalala Smale

Amahle was a new student this year, but she fit herself right into her class wonderfully. She picks up movement easily. Amahle's creativity in her scholarship application made me smile and I look forward to seeing her exam results this year. Congratulations Amahle!

The goal of Turnout Ballet Studio is more than just giving students the opportunity to develop their talents and interests, it is also about mental and physical development - our aim is to instill a passion for the art of dance in the students and serve as inspiration to all.

With two locations, Dundee and Uelzen, we have something for everyone - all ages and genders; whether your interest is technique, flexibility or you're just looking for a different way to workout. We are a member of the Dance Academy of South Africa (DASA) and are dedicated to providing high quality ballet instruction for all our students.
