Classes We Offer
Classes for 2024 will begin on January 30. There are no class fees due in January or December.
Class placement is based on a combination of factors such as performance in class, completion of exams, age, maturity, and character.
Tiny Ballet

An introduction to ballet for 3-4 year olds that focusses on creativity and story telling.
This class is aimed at 4-5 year olds and focusses on ballet basics.
Generally aimed at 5-6 year olds, this class builds on ballet fundamentals.
Tiny Tots 3
30 min./week
Another fun level for the 6-7 year olds to continue developing ballet skills.
Grade 1
45 min./week
For approximately ages 8-9, this level begins a more in depth exploration of ballet technique.
Grade 4
1 hr./week
Ballet technique begins becoming more advanced. Around ages 11-12.
Beginner Pointe
30 min./week
This is an additional class for those in Grade 3 and higher who have been determined strong enough by the teacher to begin basic pointe work.
Pre-Primary
45 min/week
This class is generally for 6-8 year olds and begins preparing them for the grade syllabi.
Grade 2
45 min./week
For approximately ages 9-10, dancers continue to develop their ballet technique.
Grade 5
1 hr./week
Typically the final level before the major (advanced) levels. Approximately ages 12-13.
Majors
1.5 hrs. 2x/week
From about age 13 and up, dancers begin the higher level syllabi. Majors consists of the following levels: Intermediate Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced 1, Advanced 2, and Advanced Performance
Primary
45 min./week
Geared towards 7-9 year olds, this is the final foundation level before students begin the grades.
Grade 3
1 hr./week
This grade continues to build technical skills. Approximately ages 10-11.
Grade 6
1 hr./week
This level is for teen beginners or for dancers who need a technique refresher before starting the major levels.
Adults/Seniors
1 hr./week
These classes are for those 18+ who are looking for a recreational class. Open to all ability levels and adjusted to the needs of the participants.
